Since graduating in early June, 2025, Svante has spent his time telling stories through his artworks. As a figurative artist, Blanking creates rooms that feel alive, teeming with people and knick-knacks. Cheerful dinner parties, lazy evenings spent on the sofa and deserted kitchens at night are some of his motives.
"My goal is to evoke questions, to create as many paths for my stories as possible. Oftentimes, I'm not even sure how to interpret my very own tales." Growing up in a creative family, he draws inspiration from his everyday life, seeking the specific moments that capture everything from grief to pure joy.
In his short career, he has already sold several original artworks around Europe, and is aiming for a long career in the art industry.
